How does concierge medical care work?

  • No, we are here to supplement your primary care physician with urgent care and sick visits in the comfort of your own home.

  • When you need one! We see patients Monday through Friday with some early evening and weekend appointments also available. You can book an appointment HERE.

  • Yes, we do our best to accommodate same day appointments based upon provider availability.

  • For cosmetic and IV services, you can book up to 1 month in advance.

  • Call, text or email our office with your request and we will get you scheduled to have one of our providers meet you at your home, hotel, rental property or office.

  • We aim to make healthcare convenient and comfortable. If you are visiting the area and not feeling your best, we would be happy to get you feeling better and back to your vacation.

  • We are not a replacement for emergency care. If this is a true medical emergency, please dial 911 or report to your closest ER. We are different from urgent care in that we come to you and there are no waiting rooms involved! We also see you when you’re healthy and want one of our wellness services.

  • We partner with your primary care physician to make sure you have excellent continuity of care. We will send your visit note through our electronic medical record or fax to your physician at your request.

  • Non-emergency issues such as fever, colds, headaches, rashes, arthritis, and urinary tract infections are just some of the things our providers can treat. If you are not sure if we can help, feel free to reach out to us and we will promptly determine if a visit would be appropriate.

  • We can do sugar checks, respiratory testing for infections such as Covid and flu, urinalysis to assess for UTIs, and also arrange for blood draws for send-out testing. If necessary, orders can also be given to do imaging such as x-rays at a local facility. Learn more about our testing options here.

  • We are not affiliated with a local hospital but we will work with your primary care provider to make sure your visit and any testing is shared with your consent.

  • We do not. All medical emergencies should dial 911 or proceed to the closest ER.

  • Specialist referrals are best handled by your primary care physician. Should you not have a primary care physician, we are happy to assist with trusted specialist referrals.

  • Our providers do not prescribe controlled medications. Non-controlled medication refills will be managed on a case by case basis.

Insurance & Payment Details

  • We do not accept health insurance, but we are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to file with your commercial insurance carrier. We do not guarantee payment by your insurer.

  • Yes, most FSA/HSA cards are accepted.

  • We do not participate with Medicare or Medicaid. If you are enrolled in one of these programs, you agree that our services are not covered and that payment will not be reimbursable since our providers are not participating providers.

  • We are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit your claim to primary and secondary insurance. We do not guarantee payment by your insurer.

  • No! We have a unique, non-membership fee structure that allows you the flexibility to pay per visit.

  • Most concierge medical clinics have a membership-based fee structure, charging anywhere from $2,000-$2,500/year for access to the doctor, in addition to billing insurance for visits. Mobile Concierge Care has a unique, non-membership fee structure to provide more flexibility for patients. With our model, you can request care as frequently as you need, paying per visit. This “pay per visit” model provides a significant cost savings for patients who see their physician less than 10 times per year.
